Vestdavit has delivered its TW-4150 davit system to the USS Cooperstown (LCS 31), one of the Freedom-variant littoral combat ships built by Fincantieri Marinette Marine in Wisconsin. The TW-4150 is a robust and highly reliable boat-handling system designed for safe and efficient launch and recovery of small craft, even in challenging sea conditions. This delivery marks another milestone in Vestdavit’s long-standing collaboration with the U.S. Navy, reinforcing its reputation for providing advanced marine handling solutions that meet stringent operational and safety standards

The TW-4150 is part of Vestdavit’s telescopic davit series, which is engineered to integrate seamlessly into naval vessels with hull-stored RHIBs (rigid-hulled inflatable boats). Its electric or hydraulic operation, combined with self-tensioning and shock-absorbing features, ensures smooth and secure handling during missions. The system’s compact design and advanced functionality make it ideal for the dynamic and fast-paced operations typical of littoral combat ships like the USS Cooperstown.
